At Nude Ritual, your experience matters to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out — we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Opened items can be returned only if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• To start a return, email hello@nuderitual.co with your order number and details. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days after your return is received.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different scent or variation, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Contact us at hello@nuderitual.co to arrange it.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away so we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
